Marie-Anne Deiss
River Falls WI
Marie-Anne is from St. Denis Saskatchewan Canada. She has earned money in both the women's and aboriginal divisions and in 2008 placed 4th with a 4.4 second run in ladies breakaway roping at the International Indian Finals Rodeo in Arizona. Since 2011 Marie-Anne has lived in River Falls WI after marrying the love of her life and soul-mate, Bob Deiss. Together they raise Corriente Long Horn cattle and open their Serenity Ranch to friends and family who want to improve their horsemanship and roping skills. She has worked with NLVRHA riders for three years. She brings a unique set of skills in her roping coaching in perfecting the art of swinging the loop for a neck catch which many people trained for roping horned cattle struggle with.
